🔁 4 Life Only™ Returns & Refund Policy

At 4 Life Only™ (4LO), every item is made just for you. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.

📦 Made-to-Order Policy

All products are created on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

This means:

  • We do not hold inventory
  • Each item is produced specifically for your order

For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind every product we send out.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

We’ll make it right.

✅ To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at support@4lifeonly.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because items are made-to-order, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items requested after the 7-day window

📍 Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to claim delivery

You will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

📭 Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement when possible

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
